This bank is the last bank you should consider while opening a current acc., Out of 10-15 employees, only 20% or less are actually willing to solve your problem, do the math yourself. I had several instances where I literally walked out disappointed, my only requirement was give me my debit card no. Or let me know any other alternative to access my net banking.
Some instances, I want to describe briefly-
1. Some old employee entered wrong acc. Number and address.
2. The officer I spoke to went on a long holiday, leading to other officers use that as a reason to not do or complete her task.
3. I have been asked to fill out same form twice.
4. I was given false assurances by the branch manager/ other employees.
5. If employees find you getting slightly irate, they send you to manager or other counter, and you go back to point 4 again, into a loop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Deducted extra charges which were not applicable in my case. I have mailed and also spoken personally to the branch manager but they just don't seem to care. All i hear is we have forwarded your request and your amount will be refunded in few days. Now its been two months.
