★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited so many times every time I got unsatisfied service here. No proper guidance given for different service.
At the time of withdrawal no pass book update by the cashier on window.
As well as customer has to stand again in queue for getting printed pass book.
Very upset myself as well as so many customers. Staff doesn't care for customer services.
It's very very trouble some services rendered here.
By sending this review It is expected to improve services by the Bank staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one answers the phone during working hours and call center is totally useless as they only say visit your branch which is practically not possible during this lockdown period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. the bank is open from 10 - 2 now and the shutters are down till 1015. u go inside and the guy at the register is fooling around 1025 you go to the counter and the ladies ignore you. their systems are starting till 1045 and then they send u back for some stupid paperwork ..worst worst worst

Arrogant staff...
Non cooperative...
I don't know for what these people are getting paid for..
At 10.30 am staff comes, there system is not working until 11.30am... then tea time.. then lunch time for 1 hr....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok experience. But parking is a pain. You have to spend half a day at least for a 15 minutes job. Even two wheeler parking is difficult to find.

2. Please give mandatory training on how to talk to customers. Banks are there to make peoples life easy and not to make it unbearable
3. If existing staff is getting irritated due to lot of work load, then hire 100 more people.

Write the mail to branch from around last one month but no one cares and respond to the mails.No one picking the phone when we called and when we call customer care they advise visit to branch which was not the solution and we can not visit the branch for small information which we needs that can be resolved through phone or mails but they are not responding to both. Please improve your service. Other private banks providing the service example Change of ROI on fingertip and bank like SBI do not have this service.
Please improve the service and most importantly value the customers.
