★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family members have 12 bank accounts in canara bank from last 20years. But this time worst banking experience..
Especially the lady manager don’t know how to deal with the account holders.
The lady manager refusing me to withdraw cash from my account through cheque, giving reason that amount lesser than 40000 should be withdrawn through ATM only.
I told her I don’t want atm card than also she was arguing that atm card was compulsory and if you don’t want atm card please provide me in writing “reason for not applying atm card”.
And at last she agreed to provide cash by saying her staff “ INKO PAISE DEKE NIKALO”.
I kindly request the head Office of canara bank to see on this complain
I also raise the complain for the same at customer care.
