★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.. pathetic staff.. pathetic bank..I have been their customer for more than an year. They treat you with exaggerated courtesy only when you are potential customer, once you become their customer, you will be snubbed completely. I have so many grievances pertaining to their service that I can't even address them in one go. Seriously DO NOT OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT HERE you will be DOOMED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience. It starts with the account opening itself. My name on passbook was different from which I had written on the application form. It took nearly 20 days to open my account with corrected name. Similar experience is shared from my two colleagues who have their name difference in their ATMs and Cheque books. My Demand draft request was denied only because I don't had cheque book with me. I had cash with me and also my account was having enough money to draw a DD, still the manager was asking me to bring the cheque for payment. Branch needs another lots of corrections

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bank. Hope noone should have business with such kind of careless bank. Staff is really pathetic as there is no process knowledge, communication issue and arrogant behaviour. I have given a request for name change since one month but zero update on it. I recommend no one should open there account here.
