★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience due to staff ignorence and irresponsible behaviour. if staff of the branch can not resolve issues of female senior citizen (, cancerous patient of stage 4.)of age 76 yrs for encashment of her own hard earned fixed deposits with bank,then what kind of service it can provide to its customers.payment for her treatment in Rajeev Gandhi cancer institute was delayed and mental harrassment enhanced due to this .
