★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience so far with Candeur group. Had purchased a flat in one of the Candeur property last year in Dec21. Most of the landowners units were still struggling to get the khata transfer done inspite of paying the requisite charges to the builder. They will lure you initially, once the project is completed, flats were sold, they will not listen to you nor they pick ur calls. You will be on your own.
Even if you hd some issue with property in future, like seepage issue,you have to take care on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our house hunting process ended at Candeur Signature. After looking many projects around Sarjapur Road we finally booked an apartment here. Project looks good and hope they will deliver the project on time with promised quality and amenities.
I would like to thanks Venkat from sales team for helping us to choose the unit as per our need. Also thanks to Saniya from CRM team for smooth booking process and her support in solving all the queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally my search ends with Candeur Signature. It's having very good accessibility, which I prefer mostly before buying a flat. Good connectivity to all major IT firms. Thanks to Saniya from CRM team who helps & clarify all queries and making smooth agreement process too. Also thanks to Mallikarjun, sales team head for quick response in very professional manner. Very excited to move into my dream home ? hope they will deliver on time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the Builder, beware of the amount which you pay to the Builder. They will come up with a lot of promises, but everything will be fake. Facing such issues post purchasing a flat in one of the high rise Candeur Landmark. They literally ran away with Lacs of rupees of a lot of flat owners, which sums up to close to 2-3 crores. No khata transfer is made, many more such issues. They will take the money in cash by promising they will take care the Khata transfer but it's been a year I am struggling to get it done and when I called them they are just avoiding like I am a stranger. That's how they do fraudulent activities.
Dear Candeur Signature team, FYI, we have purchased our flat from Builder and it's a builder unit not land owner. Registration done back in Jan 2021 and still now sakala id not yet generated. So if you are depending them then please talk to the builder and check on this before putting any comments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching a lot of Apartments in Bangalore we found Candeur Signature is the best apartment as per the location. The sales team is very cooperative.Especially Manoj from the sales team helped me a lot to select the best unit,always clarified my doubts patiently and how many times i called to him always he responded very politely . Saniya from the CRM team is very cooperative,sincere and made the agreement process very smoothly for me .During the agreement process i had more queries as i new to this but Saniya explains all those things very clearly and always respond my call .Saniya is very good in technically and professionally.Mallika arjun the sales head of the candeur signature is very good person and he helps me a lot.i would like to thanks Manoj,Saniya and Mallika Arjun.

I booked my dream home here with excellent support from sales team Rajendra Prasad is very well explained the project. Very much clarified all the queries. I find it very good in terms of locality value and clear details. So in two only visits I finalized it. thanks to candeur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best upcoming society in east Bangalore with all amenities and the most I like is high rise building which will give you a proper view and ventilation too. I was searching flat in Bangalore from last year and here my search ended. I booked a 2bhk flat here. Mr. Ravi helped us in this whole process and he gave all the answers to my queries. The price is also reasonable. Location wise also it’s good. Malls, hospitals, IT hubs, schools all are nearby. They said possession will be in Aug 2022. So I am very excited to move there and live there.
