Before buying I was worried about road widening, after checking with my lawyer came to know that there are no such issues.thanks to ri elegance people for giving lower price for the flat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and spacious apartment to stay. Peaceful residents and maintenance staff. If anyone planning on buying, there are still few apartments for sale, however there seems to be a rumour of road widening that could have some impact. However till then staying here is wonderful. Flip side: road side apartments tend to be very noisy due to the state highway.
