But there process are lIke govt process , once they sold , you have to do a lot of follow ups , no commitment on delivery date , even RERA CLAUSE does not working, as they are big fish to capture local government. Even in construction they are doing wrong with inner construction, if you raised & follow up a lot then they will correct it. Very bad experience with PLH project,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Villas are UDS based means land where villa is constructed does not belong to you. Similar concept like apartments(you are buying a villa aka duplex house in ground floor at the price of real villa/bungalow). Hence it is highly overpriced considering other builders similar price offering where both land & home will be registered to owner. Design & surrounding is good but construction quality is average.

Prestige Lakeside Habitat is best in all term except one and that is it is too far from city centre. But you get cabs easily fir this place.

Everything is awesome, the landscaping is a treat for the eyes, the staff, security, customer care and horticulture team are very professional, courteous and very well trained. Owning an apartment in such a beautiful and well maintained society gives us a proud feeling. I must say prestige has delivered what it has promised. The construction quality is solid. In the last the buying experience is really very good with prestige, all of there staff is very professional. It gives me confidence to buy another property from prestige.

The buildings have been designed in such a way that each balcony gives a panoramic view. The buildings have been well spaced out in a manner that despite having 3000+ apartments, there are plenty of open spaces and greenery. The amenities provided are of the highest standard, especially the clubhouses. The theme is Disney World and that concept pervades throughout the complex. The landscaping is a treat for the eyes.
