I purchased around 8k worth products here and when I tried to return the defective product back... Shop owner refused to refund the money instead suggested to take another piece from same defective brand. Finally he refunded money after deducting 18% gst. Guys please avoid shopping here, they just loot your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mota bhai thank you for giving us a pleasing experience during our interior work. :) This shop has almost everything one would need for interior work and regular household stuff. That too in a very good price.
I purchased all lightnings, fittings, fans, kitchen stuff from here. The shop has got huge place in front of the shop for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 Havells fans and magically getting ticking sound from all three sometimes. Interesting part is 2 are of same model and 1 is of other model And when told them about the issue they said call company to look into it there's might be barring issue.
Bit suspicious about the products now, How all the brand new fans can get barring issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is poor. I ordered 5 fans. Initially, I went first to confirm if they can arrange which they said they can. When I needed the fan I coordinated over WhatsApp and they said it is ready after a few days. I asked them to keep it ready as I was short of time. When I went to pick, had to wait for more than an hour and then was told only 4 fans were available at the last moment while paying. During paying they informed 2 fans were costlier and increased the cost. They were also very casual about the entire situation. Purchased other stuff like geyser pipes. The plumber told the sizes and they billed me the same but actual was smaller when the plumber tried to fit. The one which was the correct size was a defective piece. I got a GM doorbell whIch burnt within 2 weeks. Instead of chasing and running to their shop again, I got the new items from another store. Did not like their prior casual behaviour. Their prices are competitive but I got things cheaper in another shop. From the overall experience do not think they have the wrong intentions but not serious about customer service.

Quality of support system behind mirror is not good. It breaks after few days. They won’t even help getting it fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of varieties on the chandelier type hanging lights, same goes with wall mount internal and external type of lights. They do have bathroom fittings chimney, fans both normal and smart types. Also, chimney pipes, wash basin, gas stove and wall fitting mirrors.
People from this shop are customer friendly and will be giving a good discount for all these items. Car and bike parking space is at the front of the shop. Overall recommended.
