★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch on 20th Jan 2021 for Aadhar updation. They informed that the service has been stopped. There is a Bangalore one center near by just 500m. Go there instead but before 8:30am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people only helps high net worth individuals and builders not bother about normal common man who are the customers of this bank. I came here for a service and have an account at different vijaya bank branch (BOB) as not able to travel as I moved near this branch but they won’t serve as suggested to visit my home branch which can be done at any branch of BOB. Really not worth visiting the branch for any service as you are wasting your precious time and won’t recommend to my fellow people who are common people like me.

None of them respond for customer queries
There mobile banking services is outdated very older version
Bank manager is the worst person I have ever seen
Also the balance entry machine is not working for years simply they will tell machine is there
Kindly close your account and go for other banks

# that's relatively courteous from staff, but the people who come here are senseless and they abuse the system without following discipline.
# bank in general is good to go and rest of the things from back point of view are good.

+ Between 9 to 9.30 everyday they give tokens, if you miss that, you can't get that done for that day.
+ you might have to be in line from 8.30 to get these tokens.
+ it's at least going to take till 11.30 when ever you get your turn.. so shed your time and plan your day.
