★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I visited this bank to deposit a cheque for clearance. the cheque dropping box was taped. when inquired one of the staff member said the cheque machine is not working and it was pending for the past five days, and has shown me the past few bundle of cheques to be cleared. the staff was kind enough to tell not to drop the cheque but find out other SBI branch. and also the staff said, today the person concerned may come to repair it, but not sure.
My question is why is the manger not taking it serious in their responsibility of duty. how can Iaddress this to the higher authorities for a speed up process. papers pasted no cash. at least the bank would write or print a list nearby branches, easy for the customers.
The trust of SBI is lost.

I am a customer here for more than a decade but today 26/12/2019 when I went to seek info to open a premier account the response below average, rude and pathetic. Wouldn't recommend this bank if they can't look after their own regular client's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager and most staff can easily be reached over the phone. They know everything about banking. They are willing and able to field requests that require considerable search effort to answer. They go the extra mile. And not just the present manager (as of date of review, Aug-2017), but every previous manager.
It ain't fancy but it just works.
I love SBI. I love SBI Ramagondanahalli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry to say that with regard to transfer of my bank account from my old station the Ramagondanahalli branch could not done it though months lapsed. Without waiting further I personally went to my old station to get it transferred, which is more than 1000 Kms from here.
Now, I'm facing difficulty in getting new ATM chip card, though I applied for it 3 to 4 months back. Hope, the Bank authority will respond to this.
