Laptop Service with AMC SQUARE was very satisfactory.
We had to call upon these guys on Dushera night as we were travelling to our home town. The Laptop had hit with some hard disk problem (Hard Disk Crashed.. they told). These guys with out slightest hesitation they reached on time and picked the laptop and derived it in 2 hours of time, around 10:45 pm. their charges were nominal, as we were expecting a Bomb.
I would recommend AMC SQUARE for anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Institute Ever. I don't want to give ratings also this Institute. I ruined my career by joining in this Institute by paying Rs 40000/- . They will tell will give 100% job , if you won't get job will return money but finally they will make agreement with so many conditions . Finally they call the Tech Support Company. My Suggestion is You can learn better that that institute.
Still if anyone wanna join in that institute - your ruining your Career and life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their newly opened centre in Marathalli and the folks there are without a doubt the most polite and helpful people I have interacted with in a service centre before. Mr Mahesh who runs the show is among one of those hard to come by people, genuine and sincere together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The support is too good and the people are so friendly. Given my laptop as harddisk crashed, within the warrenty period. They again rechecked everything and replaced with a brand new harddisk.Now my system is working Awesome. My big thanks to Mr.Rahul who supported well in a friendly way and returned my laptop in its best condition. Thank you so much.. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An authorized Dell service center with friendly staffs. They politely explained what components were faulty and needed replacement. The technicians are genuine and have a good knowledge of repairs. I recommend this service center for Dell laptops which are out of warranty. Also they are quick in diagnosing and repairing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Consists of a DELL service centre along with a networking class. I visited the laptop service centre. Service was good. My laptop was repaired. Service people were pleasant. I feel the prices are a bit low compared to other service centres i had been to. Overall a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.Not even deserve 1 star.I gave my dell inspiron laptop for service 2 months back.It was a 7 beep code issue.
First he said he will check the issue and try to fix it otherwise i may need to replace it.
1 or 2 weeks later he called me and said the motherboard need to be replaced.Also he said he dont have spare motherboard
so need to order a new one and check whether there is any issue with processor.If there is issue with processor he said may be need to replace that too.
Since i thought it is not worth to replace for an old laptop i said i will take back the laptop.
Next day i called him and said i'm coming to take back my laptop.Now he is telling he is checking whether it can be fixed without replacing.
I said ok and and followup every week he tell's im still checking.After almost 2 months i went directly to the service center.He gave my laptop back and said it cant be fixed.
He took the laptop from his dusty cupbaord.It was full of dust.Must be there for long time without checking.But he didnt call me up to take back the product.
The shocking part is i found the my laptop body broken in the sides.And when i told him it was not broken when i gave.He is telling some story and acting like it didnt happen
from his side.Once you visit his room you can see how carelessly he is keeping all the laptops.Somehow the laptop might have fallen from his hands and now he is acting like he dont know
how it happened.When i tried to ask more questions he is just ignoring me and calling someone on phone chatting with him.
I'm going to escalate this matter to dell and on their social media pages regarding this serious flaw in customer service.
