★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you walk into this service centre, you either endup with 'Police complaint' or 'Consumer complaint' but not the best service as they proclaim.
I have had worst experience with Yelahanka and Jayanagar branch. These people are highly trained to cheat customers. Very rude and unethical !!

i gave them my one plus 9 R to sameer and after a week there were another guy was there and he said i dont know about your phone sameer kept your with himself, when i told i want my phone back they blocked my no. so many times i called so many times visited to shop but they behave very rudely.
finally after one month i told them im going to police sation then they gave my phone back and charge 650 rupees without doing anything they took my phones original battery and put duplicate one

They charge you equal to companies service centre and uses duplicate products of cheap quality. This totodoo is a fraud and the employees are even bigger fraudsters. They don't even give genuine bill, they get duplicate products olfrom outside fix the screen or other parts and charge you the real product cost by showing price from company portal. They also say they don't have card payment and their scanner is not working so pay to their personal no. If we ask bill they will edit some bill and give us a printout.
Completely fraud. I have experienced this from Hsr layout branch.
Never ever go here, go to the company service centre and get ur repairs done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While fixing the broken screen of my pixel 5, Totoodo spoiled the phone ear piece. I had to only use speaker or bluetooth. Took the phone back twice and could not fix it . No updates and need to call multiple times to get an update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my MI phone to Totoodo Service HSR Layout, as my mobile had fallen down and there were cracks on the screen . They look it saying that they would change the display and charged me Rs.2500.
They called me and said after 3 hrs that it's ready and working fine.
Immediately on coming home I found that that there was a mild crack...surprised, I took it back to them....they were very reluctant first and on my insistence they took it and returned after some so called repair...but they picked up a kind of argument stating they don't entertain such complaints..and went to the extent of insulting....but thereafter my phone was not working properly and I could hardly do anything.
Next day I went to MI office and complained..after checking they said Totoodo have done a fake display change.
Then I came to know that these people are known cheats. I have done a great mistake going to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Munish, the serviceman in this BTM Totoodo shop is a fraud, I got my phone repaired 2 days back where the display connector was loose he charged me 300 Rs for that whic I paid and was okay. After this my fingerprint scanner stopped working as there so I went today. There was a settings change due to his service which I wasn't aware he just modified the settings and the scanner started.This fellow charged me 200Rs for this again. Please don't go to this shop he is a money monger wand just works to lootify money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service and not professional. I gave my honor 8x for screen replacement and they charged rs 4500 but its not fixed properly. After that my battery got gamaged. When I asked the service guy mr.Khali, he asked me to give the phone againg for checking. I gave again and they kept around 24 hr after that when I received my phone the screen quality was not good. When I asked mr.Nanda, he simply started arguing with me and his was very rude. I thought to call their toll free no and give a complain but my bad luck the lady picked my call also very rude and not in a mood to listen my issue. She disconnected my call and when I tried after that they are not picking the call. This the quality of service...
