★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the study table and it was not in stock so had to wait for 3 weeks to get it. It was worth the wait. It was delivered and assembled by the delivery person. Quality and material is same as we see in the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a chaise from Pepperfry couple of years back and I needed a sofa bed which would match the design of the chaise. I waited 2 years to get the right solution. When I got the reference of this store, my long wait was over. They have a unique business model, where they take all the custom orders in the stores and send them to their factory back in Rajasthan. They monitor the work remotely, but ensure good quality product is delivered. Although the wait time is pretty long (2 months in our case), however, it was worth it! I did not expect them to match the design so accurately based on just pictures I had sent. The sofa bed has come out beautifully and is now the central place of our living room proving us a cozy nook to gather around and chit chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience - bought a custom made chest of drawers at very high price. The unit delivered is not functional and has problems- despite multiple follow ups - false promises of delivery made but nothing beyond that … very sad customer experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good collection of sheesham furniture.Priyanka helped in tailor made requirements for our king size and queen size bed with storage. I would also like to appreciate that their price is quite reasonable when compared to other few brands. The quality of custom made beds are quite good and they are quite strong as my kiddo will often jump on it ?. You need to place order in advance and it is quite hassle-free.Our bed was delivered well before the delivery date.You can cout on natural living and Priyanka for ur furnitures requirements. 5 stars based on our experience.
