Candid Shutters was the only photographer I shortlisted off the internet and spoke to before my wedding. They were incredibly responsive, reassuring and understood the nuances of a Tamil wedding. Was sold immediately once we met them! Despite my husband and I being quite camera-shy and not exactly very cooperative, the team managed to grab some incredible pictures and videos that we were all very happy with. They didn't miss anything, and managed to get around on their own, capturing the important moments and people around us. The team is super friendly, the prices great and very professional. Stuck to deadlines to a reasonable extent, the expectations of which were clearly laid out at the outset. The videos were great and the albums were of absolutely fantastic quality. Would definitely recommend! :-)

Candid Shutters were an absolute pleasure to work with. They work with you tirelessly until they get every detail right and are responsive day and night. Also very creative and willing to use all ideas to get the best possible album. The kind of product that they provide is difficult to get anywhere else. I am so pleased to have their albums as a part of our family for a very long time to come and recommend them to anyone looking to the highest quality wedding albums.

I did my wedding photography from someone else but was able to get the prints, so I just googled and got their contact through Internet search. But it was great experience with them. The album collection are very beautiful. No doubt, With price they deliver quality prints. There process is also very smooth and easy. They won't finalize the design unless customer is satisfied with the design and pattern. The designer will work with you as per your convenience. And the end result was so good that I ended up getting two copies one for us and one for my parents. I suggest one should go for them.

Got my wedding album designed by Candidshutters team. Loved my entire experience from the start. The process of designing and feedback was really easy. My album design was absolutely beautiful ❤️Loved how they use a software where you can point out specific things you want to highlight and put a comment there only. I may be the first person on Earth who felt proud to be 'cheated'! Yes, my initial wedding photographer cheated me and kept me waiting for 3 years till date for my wedding album. Loosing all hopes, I approached CandidShutters if they could help me create my wedding album. Trust me I feel lucky and PROUD that I was cheated by my wedding photographer and hence got the chance to make my wedding album from this fantabulous place! They just didn't create a mesmerizing album but weaved my long incomplete dream! I couldn't believe my eyes, nor my family and relatives that someone can nurture your wedding emotions and express them with utmost care through their extremely high professionalism and experience to this extent. TL;DR: Literally a 5-star experience - these guys are super good! Very understanding and skilled staff, amazing communication, great delivery, nominal and reasonable pricing - I would vouch for and recommend CandidShutters as a photo/videography partner for all important occasions in life. -- -- We went to CandidShutters with a difficult situation and a lot of scepticism as to the only info we knew about them was from Google Search and good reviews. So I feel it is my responsibility to share my feedback to help fellow netizens looking for making their most important moments of life into ever-green memories. My wife and I had our wedding during the COVID peaks times, so we settled for a local photography team who filmed the photos and videos but they did not keep the commitment to design and print the album or make a movie of it. However, one good thing that we did was we got all the raw images and videos from the local photography team. So we reached Candidshutters over email with a strange requirement to create a wedding album and an even harder task to create a wedding movie with photos and videos shot by another team. And this is where the expertise and unmatched skill set of the design team at Candidshutters come into effect - they agreed to take the challenge, worked with us to design an amazing wedding album and above all, create a wonderful wedding movie that brought joy to us and our near & dear, all at a very nominal and reasonable price - wish we could have got them to do the entire photography, videography and then album making. From day one, a very satisfying thing from the Candidshutters' end was the prompt response. I very much like the way they respond, provide suggestions, however making sure they don't force you on to one or the other. Their expert team of designers helped craft an amazing wedding video and photo album. They delivered the wedding album via post to Ooty (Tamil Nadu) in perfect prime condition - that alone exclusively is commendable. Another wonderful thing we loved about the professionalism of the CandidShutters team is the way they handle reviews. For photos, they have a great tool to provide reviews and for video, we did over mail with comments - and they never got tired. Even after finalizing the last version, we had an inclusion to do and they did it without frowning or talking about the contract. I have to mention the coordination by Ms Sneha from CandidShutters, who was the facade for all communications with amazing interpersonal skills. Overall literally a 5-star business class experience at economy prices - these guys are super good!
