★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had undergone an ultrasound at Saksham Diagnostics, Sector-82, Gurugram but they published a wrong report leading to many problems for us. By God’s grace, my doctor identified the error at right time otherwise this could had been life threatening if my doctor had followed this wrong report and performed some medical procedure on her.
When I called Dr Varun Sharma about this issue, he started using abusive language and shouting at me.
This is a worst place for tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother went for a scheduled ultrasound appointment. These are Covid times and my mother is at risk due to pre-existing diabetes. She had inquired about some sanitary conditions (e.g. if they change the clothes on the bed after patients) - and the doctor started behaving in a completely unacceptable manner. Rude is a huge understatement. They started shouting at my mother and berating her for just inquiring about some sanitary conditions. They ultimately refused service and caused a lot of distress to my mother who went to the hospital since she’s been struggling with her health.
Absolute rubbish staff! I can’t believe such people exist. Doctors and medical staff are genuinely the real heroes during this Covid crisis but I can’t believe this guy. He causes harm to people when their job is to improve their health. He’s got a God complex and can’t hear anyone asking questions about his practices. Unbelievable!
Avoid this place!

Just a feedback- For a first time pregnant women,there will be always excitement.
But as per doctor, why she is excited.
Seriously..
We didn't like the behavior of the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Very Good Dr and Ultrasound, professional and well behaved staff we have visited multiple times for over an year.
The quality of the ultrasound and the report is the best so far we have seen including top hospitals. The experience with Dr. Varun is a pleasure, gives ample time and provides all necessary clarifications. Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited this place multiple times now. My first visit was for my level 1 pregnancy scan. I was quite nervous given that it was my first pregnancy but Dr. Varun who conducted my ultrasound and Dr. Shikha who did my pregnancy check up both were extremely caring and answered all my queries very patiently. They made me so comfortable that I have been regularly visiting them for all my regular check ups since then although it is quite far off from my home. I have also recommended it to my relatives and friends.

Staff is so rude and unforofessional
For a space which can barely accomodate 8 ppl no. of OPD are more than 25 at a time.
Once you protest about your turn staff turns in form of local goons
Beware!!
