★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is ok, but service and customer management is pathetic, you have to wait minimum 20 minutes once you order any food. No one will listen to you if you want anything with in few minutes. With your every single bite mosquitoes will bite you. So be careful. In one word pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Visited for the 3rd time, this time with friends. The waiter is very unprofessional; he told us to serve our food ourselves when we requested him to divide it among all the plates. When asked to bring the bill, he said to go directly to the cash counter and pay. Plus there was ant in our food! Quite disturbing!
The owners (husband wife and their daughter) are very friendly and helpful, they reduced 100/- from our bill as compensation for the hygiene issue. Mixed hakka noodles was amazing. Salt-pepper chicken and French fries were nice but quantity was less. Mosquito problem still exists. Hope the waiter is changed or at least someone from hospitality background teaches him the basics of resturant service. The chef should make sure that plates are ant-free next time before serving.
Old Post: Salted pepper chicken was very delicious. French fries were crispy and tasty. But the crispy chicken was not that great. Served mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, which was good.
Service was very quick as there was no crowd.
There was mosquitoes on the top deck so had to shift down stairs indoor. planning to visit again soon with friends and enjoy bonfire as they have 3 firepit setup. Friendly hosts and good behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this place with a friend a few days back, we know that it’s a startup but there are a few measures that they must keep in mind for the business to thrive well in Kolkata, especially in this post-pandemic competitive market.
First of all, mosquitoes bite is the biggest turn back from their beautiful decorative intricate rooftop sitting arena. Then comes the cheap quality hired service staff - who doesn’t understand English & constantly asks you to write the menu on the bill - no proper billing papers as well. Staffs doesn’t understand English so cannot spell the dishes names properly. Food quality very poor. We ordered chili chicken which was hard inside the chicken part. Then the chili garlic fried rice that we ordered was very spicy & we couldn’t finish the food more than just 2 spoons. When we enquired the waiter about the spiciness of the rice they argued that the dish comes like this only! Also we ordered their organic tea which tasted pretty tasteless & they informed us the same regarding the tea as well that organic tea tastes like that that only. When in reality we go several places & order those dishes so we have knowledge about how the dishes actually tastes anyway just wish them luck ahead & May they work on those areas. ?

The food is lovely (try their fish fingers and crispy chicken) and at a great value.
The ambience is nice and chille out with a choice of open air and air-conditioned seating.
It also makes for a little drive through good, uncluttered roads from our place at Action Area 1, so that's an added plus for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this resturant/cafe at Newtown.The location is pretty cool because it's in the middle of nowhere (5 mins from shapoorji) so there's lots of privacy, perfect for long drive, no probs of parking.The food tasted ok, we ordered chicken salt-n-pepper and chilli paneer. Prices were a bit costly considering the small portion served but then again I would definitely say that the service was very quick. Hygiene wise I would rate the place 3/10 because the moment I stepped in the restaurant I noticed a bunch of ants near a table fan and the seat which we took had an empty bottle thrown on it, the place looked like it had gone through a wild party. Apart from that the owners were friendly. And another big challenge I faced to reach this place was to cross a mud puddle which was formed right infront of the restaurant.So my suggestion if you are going to visit this place during rainy season then make sure you wear your rainy boots.
