★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This colony is amazing and is Faraway from the main Kolkata city. Mostly bachelor people stay here as a lot of companies and universities are nearby.
Pros:
Clean environment
Apartment with all facilities available including rented car.
Home cooked food are also available at a very reasonable rate.
Cons:
Home delivery is way too complicated as everything is far.
You will need a car if you are frequent to the city!
As a lot of bachelor stay sometimes nights can be disturbing especially weekends!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and only place for the children of Shapoorji to have breathe of fresh air. Though the park is not enough spacious , but it's always better to have one than none! Basic children's playground amenities such as swings, sit & play, slides are available. An adjacent playground would made it better for shapoorji kids for growing their physical fitness or to test their outdoor games' skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Complex for living for general public...but it is over crowded, the IT people are residing there, most of them are lumpens, they are creating trouble with liquor and bad companies with ladies in the day and night.. general family members are getting disturbance.. Sapoorji Pallonji SUKHOBRISTI Authority did not look at the gate for strict security..farce is going on at the main Gate..there should be opened the other Gate nearby New Bus Terminus..
In the Flat Buildings corridor are caos with keeping shoes, cycles obstacle the fire exit doors, garments are hanging in the corridor ..quarrel are occuring daily with the residents of the corridors which are effected, this should look after the Authority of Sapoorji Pallonji SUKHOBRISTI..
It has Beautiful gardens which are maintaining the A Cluster Association and Sapoorji Pallonji SUKHOBRISTI Authority... really appreciated..
The nearby bus, auto, Toto etc stoppages are very close to Main Gate.. gradually it creates hazard and any accident may occur any time in this place..There should be Police posting there in the Main Gate..
Besides above..NKDA are producing best Complex in our country..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average housing complex with reluctant security service.I have Seen them simply playing with mobile /unproductive work (other than their job) at the entry gate ,they don’t care who’s going and coming .In the comment people have claimed it’s in Kolkata but it’s not .It’s very much in Rajarhat,a panchayat area.
