★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room services are worst ..... Frequently contact reception for services but didn't responded properly.....Not good for staying...Wash rooms without any facilities....Geyser was opened as wiring could be seen

I came to the hotel and the receptionist told me that the room is available for 1355 rupees I told him to give me some discount he said not possible then I went to a oyo site and I booked same room for 850 rupees and hi I've got a confirmation that the room has been book but the reception said that we don't have any rooms available. He told me to pay phone in 450 rupees cash on top of that then he will give me the room. Please be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay at affordable rates. A bit far from surat station but transport available to hotel. Situated at Galaxy circle. Rooms are well made,clean and neat. Washrooms are clean. Working TV,AC and Wifi. Heater available for hot water. Staff is helpul and cooperative. Worth the money. Food menu available.
