★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. Dont do advance payment on this company. There is ekta girl in surat office and nita barot at mumbai office. Both girl are not responsive on emergency basis. They are cheater of one number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Terrible experience getting our money back from an Alaska Cruise tour that we couldn’t go due to a family member testing positive for covid! Despite of us notifying the agent on time, we didn’t get our refund. Been 2 months and still waiting to talk to their members regarding our refund! Totally, a big loss of money and won’t trust them again. DON’T EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE, specially some guy named Manoj who we were talking to!!!! Forcing us to take legal actions on the fraud.

After that we discussed with ekta mam who has been work at hallmark surat office everthings in details as well as with Kalpeshbhai, mintu the taxi cab owner and hallmark had given words to redund 6k-7k. Till now we didnt get any refund from them and give me excuses and told me to remove the review from here.
