★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book your tour with these CROOKS. The guy who operates office in Surat is Sunil Arora and he has office in Vadodara as well. He and his entire team in India and abroad is completely unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. He spoiled our trip to Singapore last month. We had to sell out money from our pocket even for dinner and sigh-seeing tours which were included in our package. Some of the sight seeing tours were cancelled as late as morning on that day leaving us without any option but to spend our own money. His agents in Singapore/Malaysia did not bother to pay for our dinner and ran away like crooks without paying. When asked to pay the amount Arora kept on saying that he will transfer the amount in our Indian bank account which is not done yet even after 3 weeks. He is not even bothering to answer our calls now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is an option to give negative ratings, i would do that. NEVER book any tour with this agency in Surat. They have office in Baroda as well. The entire team of Surat (Sunil Arora) and his counter parts in Singapore are unprofessional people whose main aim is to fool their customers. We had a horrible experience for our tour of Singapore recently in May 2019. He did not honor the agreed itinerary. We had to pay from our pocket for Dinner which was included in our tour. Our tour for Bali was cancelled at the very last moment and we had to arrange that on our own. Arora never bothered to kept us updated. We had to chase him all the time to see whats next in our tour which was full of negative surprises. BEWARE of such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travel agency is Fraud. Never book your tour with this agency. I had the worst tour of my life with these guys in May 2019. Very unprofessional and unethical people. They have their office in Baroda as well so beware of these guys. They will not honor their commitments as per the tour itinerary and you have to sell out additional money from your pocket.
