★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, get receipt for my parcel on 3-oct-19, but parcel was still in Mumbai till 19-oct-19, and guy from courier service was daily giving answer that tommorow will get parcel at destination.he is not able to give me details of tracking no. Still struggling for the get the details. Worst service. Don't use this courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst service ever. They didn’t send my parcel for a month and everyday when I enquired they made stupid excuses and finally the parcel was misplaced by them. And now the owner is missing, he ran away and is not answering our calls. Such heights of irresponsible behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience....i told them to parcel my documents to canada which had some personal belongings (original driving licence) and i have showed them all documents before packing. i gave them on monday and they told me that it will take 4-7 working days to delever the parcel and tracking id will be available in 24hrs. On friday when i called them then they informed me that my parcel cannot be delevered because it had original driving licence. I already told them about it that what things are there in my parcel. I asked them to return my parcel and money. they took 3 days to return my money i had to vist them for 4 times then after they gave my money. They are very very careless about their services. Even they did not receive call when i call them they just ignored it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic is a small word to describe the services. I have asked them to deliver parcel to Canada. The package was still at Ahmedabad after 15 days of picking it up from my home in Surat. Eventually I got my package after 30 days. That's not the end of bad services. They made some mistake in paperwork, so I had to pay duties of $342. I wish this would have been the end of chapter but it wasn't. When I opened the parcel there were quite a few items which were missing. Let me tell you the package was not opened by customs so those items might have been taken out by SHREENATHJI INTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICES. When I asked the owner, he blocked me on WhatsApp.
Those who have given good ratings are family members of the owner I assume.
