★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There packing is 10 out of 10 , with cheap rate & fast service. Even no need to track the parcel , as they everyday send SMS of tracking with the parcel was not delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Abroad parcel does not reach on time. They have charged for fast parcel which should ideally reach by 4 days but the parcel actually reached after 10 days. Even the office people does not respond well when asked for reasons. No genuine valid explaination provided for the delay. Kindly do not appoach this courier service for abroad parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t inform you about status and next steps on time. My package was at custom for 2 days and never received details to pay custom. They gave dhl contact to connect with them. I will not advice to use. Because of them now parcel will be received 5-days late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packing is amazing, It got delivered from Surat to Ottawa, Canada in 5 days which is Amazing too. But whats unfair is, actual weight is 11.7 KG and I got charged for 13KG. Regular Price which we are already paying is not less, and we are getting rounded off for 1.3 kg, come on. Its totally unfair.

Package weight was 11.7kg which means you charged extra. Also by reading your other replies on others complaint, looks like you will not accept your mistake.

The actually recipe address perfect but when the dhl side has different addresses they are sending the different address I got 15 days coming late on my address all the item throwing on dust bin and parcel owner talking rubbish with customer .I honestly not recommend to parcel
