β β β β β Can't afford give single star to this laboratory. Did RT-PCR test on 15th April 2021 - Friday and specially told them that i have to go out of state after 2 days i.e. Saturday. They told me that i will be getting report within 48 hours (i.e 2 days).
I called them on Saturday morning, what is my report status. They told me your report is negative and you will get the report most probably by 12 PM. I started off from my home but didn't received report from them till 2PM. When i called them, they told me report will be received late night. I had to show report at border and they were like just tell them you are negative. I had to do the test again at the border just because of these people.
People if you have some travel plans and you cannot wait for report till infinite time please don't go to this lab.
