★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a UPS and Battery from them and now my entire building is short circuiting after the installation, when we call up for rectification different technicians are sent who don't even know what they are doing and now the entire building is getting short circuited. I would never recommend buying anything from this dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of a kind of service, they messed up my wiring during installation and asking me to pay to rectify their mess.
This is how they messed up my wiring and left it open just like that. I never recommend anybody to buy anything from these people

Do not repair here, they'l make big issue of motherboard and take you for ride, by avoiding you. Very dishonest, un professional people.

I want to mention specially the marketing and selling skills of Mr.Rupesh,it give a sence of belonging ness with the product and after sales support he assures.

The experience has been very good - service is prompt and courteous at all times. product quality is excellent and above all Rupesh has great customer relationship management skills. Pricing may be on the higher side but in UPS systems to me reliability in service is paramount. In that respect this company ranks among the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more then 8 years now and it's really amazing to have a service provider like "Captive Power Solutions" as per my experience they are very good in respect to the service and cost. I have experienced twice when my batteries was out of warranty and got replace with no extra cost. its always a surprise element for me, when you don't know the service is due but you get technician without requesting a service call on time by their own schedule. it helps to run the batteries healthy and safe. its always I feel they are very prompt and a call away for service or any solution. Keep-up the good work guys. Thanks for providing me solution and service from last over 8 years.
