★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Customer Service....none of their contact numbers work and they have no regards for any of their customers...CERTAINLY A FRAUD COMPANY....EVEN THE CONTACT NUMBERS ON THEIR BILL ARE INVALID.....TV TOOK FOR REPAIR AND KEPT FOR SO MANY DAYS AND THE ISSUES STILL PERSIST.....none of their numbers on the bills are working.....and no response to any emails that are sent.....these guys are bloody THIEVES !!!!!!

PLZ I REQUEST ANYONE DOING ANY REPAIRS FROM THIS COMPANY,DONT DO IT.
THEY WILL CHARGE LARGE AMOUNT FOR DUPLICATE PARTS. THEY CHARGE ME 3500 FOR DUPLICATE PART WHICH SPOIL IN 2 WEEK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a fraud company,they taken my TV saying they own VU franchise but they didn't , they tell something else and do something else and charge you more on the name of authorized service center I investigated and found they do not own any franchisee... don't trust this guys and avoid taking service from National interactive service center do not get into other happy message looks someone from there one company person posted it. and lastly they ask me that you need to come to ghatkopar to take the television it was around 40 km from my location they took the television you can understand now what type of service they give ...I hope it will help someone to get into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service you'll ever get. They took our SONY UHD TV informing it'll get repaired in 2 days. But after hundreds of follow up calls and messages, we receive our TV after 40 days. Even the TV is working properly, but customer service also matters. Also they have a fake address. They don't have their office at the address mentioned. FRAUD
