We approached for TV repair and they charged 5500rs but nothing was repaired rather false reasons were given. 6 months warranty was stated but when we called them again within 2 months they did not recheck it. Would never recommend this service center for any electronic repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worstest service center i have experienced till date. The executive is not at all aware of his job with zero knowledge of products.
I would recommend others not to visit this service center. Do not waste your money and time by handing over your products to the Chembur service center.
Moreover i had even written email to HI tech center, no response from them too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulant Service center. Acts experienced and gives stories about how clients love them. They are the worst repair service. They replaced my tv speakers with lower quality ones. They said my motherboard is spoilt and asked for Rs.8000. Claimed to repair it and it still has the same issues. If you want to waste your money then go ahead and use them. I wish I could give them zero stars. SCAMMERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Center ever found. Fraud persons are being employed. One week ago we paid 5000/- rs for TV repair for display and back light set. The day wen he came to Setup the TV that day even he was so much in hurry as if he has to catch the train .He just setup the TV and left everything completely mess at our place and went.
After that sound issue started so wen we called the person named : Ibrahim. He is such a pathetic person ever spoken to. His statement were like : " Hum jabh hospital jate hai to ek bimari leke jate hai and admit hone ke bad if dusri bimari hoti hai to hospital kya karega". Is this the way to talk with customers after paying the amount as if they are providing free services to us. Would never recommend such type of service center to any one.Rather than wasting money with this service center look for a genuine service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst service providers in the city. They don't know how to repair Led tv. They have just one excuse that it is an electronic item. They will take your item by saying it will be returned in 3-4 days but take around 10 days to repair. TV they repaired worked for 15 days and then same issue arose. On contacting them they again take away the tv for 10 more days and the same issue arise again after 15 days. They provide warranty of 3 months on repair and their target is just to exhaust the 3 month warranty period time.
