★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung smart TV stopped working and the problem was the power supply that plagues most this particular model. I found an ad for Rio Electronics on Google and called the person who answered explained that there would not be a charge if it wasn't repairable. I was a little skeptical at first when the repairman came and explained the cost to fix. I agreed to the repair and in no time he had the TV apart, part changed, and put back together again! What was amazing was he had exactly the parts needed to make the repair! My TV is like new again! Thanks Rio Team!

Was able to send Whatsapp message to Mr Samir Co-Owner about the whole repair process and his response times were excellent.I wrote in asking about a color issue with my Sony Led TV.He wrote back immediately and speculated what the issue could be and asked to send a photo of the screen to see, which then he again wrote back immediately to confirm. So nice to have honest people who care about what they do instead of charging for everything. Anyone that I know that has a TV issue I will sure to refer to Rio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were recommended by Philips TV to do repair on my new LCD which had a remote control TV sensor problem. I did check previous review and they were 5/5 but since Philips had sent me to them I decided to let them go ahead.
I was quite pleased. I called them on a Saturday and they quickly told me engineer would call me to schedule appointment and they came on Sunday and were pretty much on schedule.They were very polite and attended to the business at hand quickly. It took them maybe less than 15 minutes to complete the job and all was satisfactory and the problem was fixed. I was very pleased with their promptness. I am giving it 5 stars for my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an in-Home Repair appointment with Rio TV Repair . Our TV needed a mother board chip level repair and was taken to their center for repair. Two DAYS LATER, they brought it back and reinstalled it. AMAZING! Their service and professionalism is excellent! I highly recommend them.

They were easy to reach on the phone, showed up when they said they would, and fixed my TV with no problems at a reasonable price.I was pleased with their promptness. I am giving it 5 stars for my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I asked for a quote on a TV repair for a Samsung that wouldn't power on. Samir was very upfront about the amount of work involved in diagnosing and repairing it, and gave a reasonable estimate. He even suggested that considering the cost, he would recommend just replacing it entirely.
I really appreciate the honesty, and would definitely come to him in the future!
