WOW WOW WOW. Such a beautiful Creation of An Idea. The best of all?I loved the application and their team who work together. Been a Parent staying far away from my family, having restaurent food, day by day geting ill, many complication were lined up due to this. One of my Friend suggested me with the Application where i get home made food delivery.1st i thought that where is it made and from where will these guys bring from though,i ordered from them and tasted he foos. REALITY:THE FOOD WAS AWSOME. Just remembered the home food taste and the hygeni could reflect in the way they presented and delivered the food. Always 1 of them used to deliver meals at my place but nwver seen that person. Once came home early just to see and talk who delivers i met that man spoke to him was very nice as a person who spoked to me sincere way. He asked me to visit the kitchen to see how its made and stuff. I had visited that particular kitchen. Believed in what i though about the hygiene was really maintained. Spoke to my captain the whole and soul who looks after my meal was really beautiful to talk. He explained me the application very well. Now some times i also order for my family in Mumbai. Very Poor Service. They don’t even deserve any rating. Infact these guys should be banned. On booking successfully they assign you a captain who communicates via whatsapp. Assigning a captain exclusively for you surely feels great, feeling of getting personalized service. But wait a minute! Don’t fall for their trap. The captain assigned to us was the worst part about this horrendous experience. We have booked many other tiffin service providers in the past and had a pleasant experience with them. I had booked the tiffin meal for my mother, however after few deliveries I had to place the tiffin service on hold as my mother felt sick and was prescribed a strict diet. Since they assign a captain, its easier to coordinate with him over whatsapp then checking the app for details. We had 13 tiffins pending to be delivered. So I messaged him on 28th November inquiring about the validity for the tiffin service to which Mr Captain replies that “no validity for you mam”, I will freeze it! These were his exact words and I have the screenshots as proof (attached below). Yesterday (6th Feb) when I messaged Mr Captain to resume the tiffin service, he says your subscription was valid for 2 months only and is expired and that they won’t be able to restart the meal. We were completely shocked by his response. Inspite of showing the whats app chat proof, they totally deined to help us. I dropped them emails as well, however their approach and attitude over emails was very arrogant and unapologetic. I got the same response over phone. Infact when I requested to speak to the senior, it was the same captain who came over phone. I had a doubt that the phone wasn’t handed over to a senior. On inquiring about the name the gentleman said his name was Samir and he was the head of Tastyee. He sounded fake and I remembered the name of the captain assigned to me was also Samir. On sharing my concern that I wanted to speak to a senior and instead you’ll handed the phone to the captain, he changed his voice and faked his name as Sunil Qazi. Inspite of repeated requested they never assigned my call to any senior and were adamant that our subscription has ended. How can they cancel the subscription without refunding the amount or informing us. Don’t they have any accountability for the communication their executive has done. This was clearly a mistake at their end, if the expiry was communicated properly, we would have utilized or initiated a refund then. Its not about the money only, its about getting cheated of your hard-earned money. We place our trust in such service providers and they leave no stone unturned to cheat you and play with your emotions. We have been cheated of Rs 1152/- (13 tifins) or to be precise robbed off our money. Please do not book from these fraudsters. These guys have no standards. There are professional and trustworthy service providers out there. Ban these guys.

Superb Application created by these guys. Hats off to the You guys had. Beautiful work and creation. Enjoyed the experience on daily basis. Good support with Tasty food. Loved it. Got cash back and many more. Packaging is perfect. No spilled food is been provided. All these guys provide meal which are good and tasty and are in reasonable rates. Although the charges are refundable through cashback. Many offers are also applicable. Importantly had Got a meal free. On some days as surpricingly the meal is not charged.Best Food Service. Tastyeee has tremendous customer service. They are very quick on taking actions on complains, have flexibility in terms of validity of meal and are always willing to help even on weekends. They are very polite as well and speaks to you with respect. That's not something easily found these days. Some of the food providers are really good and food it tasty as well as home cooked. I've been looking for the such service from a long time and glad I found this app. Only feedback I have for the tean is to please try to add more home cooked meal providers so that we have option to change kitchen if the kitchen isn't providing proper service or improving on feedback given. Also some of the kitchens claim to serve home cooked food but it actually is not home cooked meal but mess or restaurant serving daily meal. So I'd request Tastyeee team to specify this in the app so it is easier to decide which one should we opt for someone like me who is only looking for home cooked meal. Other than this it's been absolutely great experience. I hope to continue using the app and would recommend to others who might be looking for similar options. I hope to see more options available to chose from in near future

Been using this app since months now. Am happy to know that my food delivers on time. I always go home late after office and food is always waiting for me. Application is very useful,help me to manage my meals when ever I want. Just some glitches at first subscription. But the customer support helped me well. I suggest you guys to give us more options to eat for some location. As you guys know I roam all over Pune. You guys manage my meals. Happy that you serve such customer's like me.
