β β β β β Frankly I have had a five star experience with the centre in the past. In fact I had got my new car complete upholstery done by them. This was in February 2019. The work really good. In fact I have been recommending them to my colleagues and friends.
However, the last couple of experiences with my inquires about some issues with the second car (pre-owned) has been really disappointing.
1) My second car keyless entry remote unit (one of the two) was not working and I went to them for a solution. I was advised to get the complete keyless remote unit (usually called Autocop) replaced. It would cost INR 4500. I told that I would come by later.
I went to a computerized key maker and got it done for INR 1500.
2) The reverse parking camera and display unit was not working properly. I had bought this from them in the first place. I was told that may also need replacement, but since the handyman was having his lunch break, I was told to come by the next day or even have the car picked up and dropped back since the work may require at least an hour.
Today I went in the morning. The technician was there. I informed him about the issue once again. His prognosis was that the display (grainy image problem) should be replaced. He would not even check out the issue. He maintained that the product didn't have any warranty, etc. And that the only option was to replace it. I had bought it from them for about INR 2.5-3K or so as I remember.
I went back to another store and got the wiring checked and repaired for INR 100.
