I visited the store regarding my bike 'montra madrock 27.5' as it's brake pads had wore off and the manager there, that is 'Tarun Gupta' helped me and solved my problem, even though the part was not in stock due to the COVID-19, he solved my problem and was too polite with every customer, the store is also good and you can find each and everything you are looking for, if they didn't have a particular part then they will export that for you and help you. I am very satisfied with their services and care and hence voting them a 5 star, i recommend this place highly for your bike.

A great place for bike enthusiasts. The owner is very experienced and himself a cyclist. He can very well understand your cycling needs. I got exceptional customer service. The way they deal with the customers is amazing and gives you genuine opinion. They have very competitive pricing. I found this store very satisfactory. Highly recommend to everyone.

First time cycle buyer. Went to check out options for my brother's birthday gift. What a rude man, the owner ?. They did not have gear cycles in stock. He didn't even mention they had non-gear cycles until we asked. His whole demeanour was of a person who's wondering why have you come asking questions, made me get up from my seat. Not even a sales person, the owner! Rare to see a businessman be so uninterested in doing business. Edit (based on owner's reply): "Ready to not listen to us". Come on Sir, you know that's not true. We all were listening to you but your behaviour was extremely cold as described, like you were getting irritated with our questions. I was shocked, have never seen a businessman behave like this without any provocation. I even told you directly I don't understand why you are speaking rudely. You lowered your voice after that. And after I saw many other reviews with similar experiences I realised it's a trait. Sir, no one has the time to waste to "malign" others - it's a feedback. It's up to you how you take it. Also everyone is working hard, including me and my family, everyone is paying their dues in this world. Working hard is not a licence to be rude to others without any provocation na. My review was based on my interaction with you which lasted hardly 5-7 mins and not on "entire background situation". This is how Google reviews works. Also, if you see my review history, this is the only one with a negative feedback I have ever given. Also you said in entire Delhi there are no stocks (which turned out to be false). You maligned Decathlon, you made fun of Ludhiana cycles, you made fun of every little thing (like even a non gear cycle), if you remember. We felt like we were talking to the most important VIP in the cycling world who doesn't have time for us, so we left. You can reply anything now to salvage your reputation but you know what happened, hand to God, now don't lie. ? You didn't ask our usage, our budget, our experience, nothing. And I said this also if you remember - but you haven't asked us what we want, you're only assuming. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. I had a pretty decent budget. And I said you should give your recommendation based on what the customer needs, but you said - I am in this business for years I know what customers want. Honestly, you lost a lifetime customer. My brother is hooked to cycling. I am thinking of taking up cycling and we will go buying again this week.

Best place to buy a bike . Purchase 2 bike for my nephew with discounted price. If you request they arrange second hand bike with good condition at very reasonable rate. Almost every Sunday group ride.it kind of full package deal ;)

I'm sure the service is fine, probably overpriced, but it's convenience you pay for at a showroom, not quality. The owner on the other hand is more interested in proving he is knowledgeable than helping customers. Perhaps better suited to sales. I prefer to spend a day servicing my own bikes than visiting this store. There's lots of more helpful, and honest, bike wholesalers/retailers in the area. If you must have a Firefox showroom, go to Lajpat Nagar - much more professional service.

Thank God that I meet Rajvinder during my first ride. Being a new commer to cycling, I was not aware of what are all things should be considered. However, under the guidance or suggestions from Rajvinder, I learned a lot about cycling, required gears and what not. I personally bought three cycles from Rajvinder I.e. Firefox Road Runner Pro D (Super beginner's bike) then Trek Domane 4.3 (Pro Bike) and Firefox for my son. Store is superb and has all you need for pro biking. Support staff is also well trained. But on top of everything, guidance is an important thing which probably a sales guy would help in other stores but with Devtaru, you should expect best in terms your actual needs. I never had any issue in terms of services and product quality. You guys rock, all the best.

The owner Mr Tarun Gupta is a very courteous and explained all the features and their purpose. Helped me in buying the best bicycle for my need. All type of range are available in this store, regular to high end bicycles. A good shop to have a perfect buying experience.
