★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disheartened and disappointed with the service. I did not have a hassle free experience when I needed a repair to be done. All I faced was delay, unprofessional handling and frustration. Never ever had I thought that dealing with a brand with good repute will let him down and disappointed . I won't repeat the mistake of purchasing or repairing from caratlane store. Overall, a bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is no doubt, good. But, what matters the most are the products. Surprised I am to see good reviews on product and service. I had a bitter experience. The product gets damaged easily. The service is pathetic. The staffs are clueless and blank to your queries. Unprofessionalism at it best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced the worst customers service experience here. I went for a repair they denied to accept the product as I bought it from another store in another city, saying it will take more time. It was within warranty and they denied finally I got it done from the city I bought but by that time warranty was expired.
This is not the type of customers service agreed with CaratLane while purchasing the product.
I hope employees at Bhubaneswar esplanade mall CaratLane should learn about all the services agreed first before handling customers.
Really disappointed.
