★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nonsense apple products provider in the city. They are so cheap, they can't afford to give a carry bag for a product you will buy.
1. Whoever the owner, make your salesperson to behave good.
2. Useless fellows are full inside the shop, incoming 10-20k but behaving like a owner.
3. I will personally complain about this store to apple, to have a check first then give the Authorization to sell the products of apple.
NONSENSE FELLOWS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really like to Thank Mr Som, Mr Salil and Mr Abhishek for helping us out when we had a transaction Failure at Idestiny Janpath Road Bhubaneswar and it took nearly 50+ days to get resolved It would not have been possible if these three would not have came into the picture they resolved the case in a time span of only 1 week. My heartfull thanks to Mr Som Poddar Without this man's helps the situation would have been even worse this man really deserves an appreciation for the way he handles the customer his interaction with the customer is really awesome. I would recommend if anyone is going for any product at Idestiny contact this guy you won't have any problem whether it be at the time of purchasing the product or after purchasing the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is seamless, we visited here to purchse our iphone13 pro. As it a premium apple centre which one can definitely experience it. Debi was assisting us throughout our purchase, he explained everything single doubts that we had regarding our purchase and he is really a nice guy very polite, good to way of talking and interacting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied with staff behaviour. But very disappointed about the work and responsibilities of the store management. Waited for about a month just to get a letter before purchasing a MacBook Air M1, which I then had to buy and I didn't get it afterall. I called every day from my side to the store to ask them about it for 15 days. Talked to multiple people but the work didn't get done and I had to buy the laptop without the required paperwork. iDestiny should look into the organisation and management of their stores and reorganize. Very disappointed by the first experience of getting something from iDestiny.
It's like if you are ready to buy a product with cash in-hand, then the store management is all in, but if its not the case, they don't feel the responsibility.

Rest they weave their own stories just like , Japan does not exist, because they have not seen it. Customer Service is pathetic. All the employees keep gossiping around the cash counter. No proper behaviour. No customer service in Phone number. The security guard looks helplessly towards the helpless customers, who seek knowledge about the products, and make expressions like.." Ahh... what to do , people here are like that. " No variety in products.

It was a good experience but I wanted the watch in midnight blue colour in 45mm dial but they didn't had stock for that and it was really disappointing but I was happy with blue variant also and now I really loved it. The service was nice ?, the store was really giving luxe felling and they do have varieties in phones and accessories. Overall I will really trust product I buy from the genuine authorized store.
