β β β β β Worst customer service. Called the store to enquire about a certain product. I was asked to send the product details/screenshot over whatsapp. They said they will be confirming in short time, and I will be going on the same day to purchase the same. Sent the picture on WhatsApp, got no response!
A simple no would have worked but they didn't even pick even after calling for over 10 times.
If you don't have the product or is busy at the moment, just say so. We as a customer understand and can cope with that. But calling multiple times and getting no reply on WhatsApp is really disappointing.

In order to reach this place any bus that comes to Diamond Plaza could be availed .
Collection is quite large. The executives there are NOT at all clueless. They will help the customers in all possible way. No misinformation or misguidance can be noticed at this Jessore road branch ! The shop may seem small but the collection is really big at this branch. If wanna shop from CaratLane, I would suggest do not waste ur time in visiting the Park Street branch, visit the Jessore Road branch ! Every one there is so well behaved & so sweet in nature ! They will make you feel at home, such warm behaviour , specially Purnima Di, she is a real sweetheart ?
