A well stocked outlet carrying all leading brands of electrical and electronic goods. Sales personnel are attentive and updated. Finding parking space nearby however is a huge problem.

Don't ever go here, they will deliver broken electronic goods and if you ask for replace it will take 1 month. Also manager Ranaveer is efficient and lier. Be aware before you step in

The worst place ever for offline shopping.. all sales person are telling you lie wen selling products. I went to buy a Microwave of 25 litres,while the sales person from LG convinced me to buy LG 28LTR MICROWAVE in same price it will not make any difference for space.. means it will not take extra space. Then i saw the same product in Amazon in low price. I almost i verge of taking 25ltr IFB MICRO but he convinced me he will gimme 28 ltr on online price and as i went there twice I thought to take it from shop. Then after reaching home i asked LG sales person (named Subho,i donno it his original name or not); can i pay online (as i have issue to go shop or outside frequently),and they can deliver my product at home ,he said Yes. So i sent a test amount of Rs.10 to check whether he got it or not..He said i will check n let u know. He didn't.then again i pinged he said till the time he could confirm me i should not pay . So i waited. Then i call ,so he said we could not able to confirm test amount we received or not you plz come and pay. So i send my sister to go and pay the bill. Once she paid they said they are sending product to my house( which is not more than 8 kms), within next day that is 30th March by 1.30 pm ,though wen he was over phone he said he will deliver it on billing date (29th march). Anyways i waited till 1.30 and it has not come at 8.40 pm i called they said they have issue of delivery for that i have to go again physically to pick up it at 9.15 pm. Then wen i came home and try to install the 28l micro ,i saw it is not working in my space so immidiately i called manager. And even sent msg that this is the issue. No response came ..i called today morning at 11 am and that Manager Ranadhir Dutta started misbehaving over phone that once we done with invoice we could not change product. I requested and even my sister went their shop to request just not to return money , instead exchange this 28l with any 25l.micro matching same price. But they are so reluctant and rude that they dont even bother to talk or listen. And that Famous oversmart guy Subho is hiding now.. This is the way they do business and making ppl fool for money only. No PROFESSIONALISM ,not even bothered about Customer services. I strongly recommend to avoid this shop. While i always recommend Chinsurah Great Eastern.we have excellent experience with them , specially with Ved Patel from LG. With his reference only i came to this nagerbazaar shop which is worst exp ever. If i took it online,i could get 7 days exchange or returns policy. And even hassle free.

Worst electronic shop in Baguati area. I bought a Hitachi Split air conditioner on the day of Bengali Nababarsho , thought I will get some attractive discount and gift . They assured a gift to me . Neither I received any discount or gift . Total fraud electronic shop. Installation guy also charged me extra money than what I was committed at shop . I honestly don’t recommend any one to buy any electronic equipment from Baguati Great Eastern shop.

They dont have latest model for kitchen appliances but other electronics and appliances you can go and see.The store is big and staff are polite.All over it was a nice experience and I personally had purchased a lot of products from this shop .

Very bad experience purchasing home theater from great eastern . After that they took 5 days for replacement and manager was very rude. Won't go that place any more in further neither I suggest any body to go. They behavior is very bad.

Great place with very helpful people. I had an bad experience with the sinthi more branch they were arrogant and ill behaved. But this branch is just opposite. Here they value your presence and they try to do their best. Best service. Huge stock. Keep it up. God bless.

I bought a new samsung refrigerator on march 4th and they took a long time to deliver the product and when it arrived it was badly damaged. The staff are so good when you go to the store for shopping. But there is no after sale service. The refrigerator is completed damaged and they are not able to get it replaced till now. Now they are saying the model that I paid for which is around 30k is not available and I have to take the model that they give me. I am surprised there is no help Samsung is directly providing and causing us trouble. Never buy products from third part vendor. Pathetic service. No efficient action taken to resolve the issue. Plus the team was requesting money for a free delivery service. Beware of the scam.
