★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Went to port to Jio but got some errors due to UPC mismatch and the employees said the request was rejected. After visiting the shop thrice on multiple days and waitimg for over 1.5 hours, got to know that my port request was actually accepted from before. Total waste of time and disappointing service.

The behavior of the staff are also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experiences whenever I have visited My Jio Store (319/7, Jessore Road Amarpally, Nagerbazar).Staffs are very casual and always trying to fool the customers.
26th April 2022 around 7PM I have visited the store for eSIM reactivation. The available staff didn't hear me properly and told me that they are not doing the KYC. Then I am trying to explain the matter still without listening full story he told that I have do a new recharge then they will process the eSIM KYC. However Jio counter in Relience Digital in Diamond Plaza complete the KYC and reactivate my eSIM and help me to add data plan in my new iPhone without any recharge and I observed that my previous recharge is active which the My Jio Store guy claim that inactive due to remove data plan.
A couple of months back I have visited this store for eSIM for another iPhone and they asking for money without any receipt for the service.
Those who are reading this review I would request everyone, kindly visit to any Relience Digital Jio Counter for any type of service related issue or buying any jio products. They are very helpful. Try to avoid this store as they always trying to fool and misguide the customers.
Also I am raising it to the Jio Complain desk to take necessary actions.

The store staff was well behave and knowledgeable.
They suggested me a phone which is very good and also they give me the phone with finance just 5 mints
