★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in reference to my first order placed with the bluestone (kohat enclave) branch. In the past I used to be a very frequent & premium buyer from caratlane but this time someone suggested that I try bluestone & I guess that was the biggest mistake i made in making my decision of trying bluestone & placing an order with them.
In this age where every company gives utmost importance to providing best class service & experience to their customers, it seems to be bluestone is one company who doesn't know what these terms really are.
I ordered one ring from here for my wife which I wanted to give on our anniversary 28th June & I was told that it will be delivered within 7-10 days. I was happy with this fact as our anniversary was on 21st July & considering the time it would have been delivered to me by 10th July. Now today we are on 28th July & even at this moment the ring is being told to me that it is in transit.
I have been calling & messaging the store almost every day in this month which adds to my vexation so basically despite following up so rigorously, i not only wasted my time & efforts for choosing bluestone for purchasing for some special day but also invited trouble & annoyance in my life.
This experience teaches me a lot actually about the ethics of the management that runs this horrendous company called bluestone.
