With due respect enjoy your ocean but have some decency of treating your customers respectfully. Unfortunately, saw the review of his shop later online. Apparently his attitude towards the customers are pretty consistent. His workers were professional but when we went for final discussion and payment, he apparently was quite rude. Would not wish anyone experiencing the same while deciding the outfit for the D-day of her life. We will move one and would like others to avoid such experience. hence posting this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Men’s indo western set for myself and lehenga for my wife. First of all, they delayed the promised delivery date. Then upon receiving the product, it was completely different from the sample shown, the colour of fabric completely changed and quality became cheaper with no finishing at all. Their staff misbehaved and the company took none responsibility in correcting the mistakes they made. Payment was made in advanced so we were duped by this SCAM store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional. Fewer collection and they try to force their selection on the customer. Dress quality is also not good. Handmade items coming out of the dress even during the trial. Better to take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought both gown and bridal lehenga. The collection is average and over priced. They give no importance to after-sales services. After payment they don’t even receive calls and delay the delivery without informing. Even after taking 3 months, they fail to deliver on time and then give meaningless excuses. You can clearly see the mediocre behaviour of the staff, they know nothing about customer experience and are only concerned about their targets. There is huge mismanagement and they are never aware about what is happening with your order. The guy sitting at the billing counter is arrogant and always responds in an irritable manner. Please save your money and time and visit other stores. This is just brand for nothing. Just not worth it.
