★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery service of this shop is worst i have ever experienced... i had purchased bridal lehnga for my friend on 18 of march delivery of its blouse was promised for 2nd of april but they weren’t able to deliver it n asked me to take it on 10th n even on 10th of april they are asking for more tym.. my friend wedding is in few days n she is not even able to get her unstitched blouse....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The word customer service doesnt exist in their dictionary. Took 2 months to fit once piece of cloth. Ruined it. And took no responsibility for it. Extremely ill mannered staff. Go to them only if you want to risk being cheated. One of the worst I have ever come across. All good ratings are from their staff. Dont fall for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely bad experience. DETERIORATING SINCE 2011. Treat customers on the basis of the how much money they can spend. Managers are bad but poor staff still has manners. Came for miner trimming after checking on phone. Once there they were not even had time to talk later on said that no worker is free for next 2 months so come next year. If we had bought something of 10K-50K Rs.. then suddenly they would have full bandwidth free to assist. Will 100% AVOID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All items are too costly. I observed gross violation of corona guidelines even shop owner was not using mask. No sanitiser was available there. More then 20 workers are working there and someone told they owner is not deducting their Provident fund which is a cross violation of labor laws. Inspection should be carried out by enforcement officer of EPFO and ESIC officers.
