- Friendly and well trained staff
You would require appx 1hr to complete your car check. A day or so to get the evaluation.
Equally professional to Cars24 but Cars24 has more rush, may be due to the year end and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience. Friendly and helpful folks working at CarDekho store. Although the time promised by them was around 70 min, it took close to 3.5 hours(I think system takes its own time). Nevertheless, I got a decent price. Thank you guys for all your assistance. Wishing the team all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car sold in 1.5 hours as promised by Car Dekho team. Car was sold at fair market value without any hassles that too on a Sunday so need to take any time off from the work.
Abhay and his team carried out a detailed and fair inspection of my old car. It was done in a professional manner and the person doing the inspection was very knowledgeable about cars. The process was very fair in my opinion.
The best part was that money got transferred to my account instantly after handing over keys and other documents. So no need to go back again. Entire customer experience was delightful. Highly motivated team. Thanks Car Dekho, Abhay & Team...

Firstly they were so unprofessional that they didn’t even inform that I am not suppose to park my vehicle in front of the shop which resulted in a fine of 750 Rs by traffic police for me . Secondly I was given timing of 10.30 and their evaluator. Who seemed to be rookie car mechanic came at 11.15. That guy took a test drive and then asks me whether the Nav system works or not . So you judge his professional competence. The bidding process that they tell you is a farce . I am in the airforce and my creta is registered for Chandigarh. They said they’ll get quote after bidding but somehow they gave me a quote of Chandigarh guy . Car with new Bridgestone tyres and no accidental history (top variant ) they’ve evaluated less than half (7lacs) the price which has done 48000kms . Hilarious as the buy back offer from Chandigarh dealer itself was 8.5 . It’s a farce don’t fall in to the trap and highly distressful experience. Please don’t waste your time here
