β β β β β I have visited it as an architecture point of view and it is a quite impressive building , with all green building theme and the designer of this building was very keen about his geometric concept of lines and shapes .
Building have 2 towers east and west .
West tower is all about offices and east is for shops and showrooms .
The whole complex rely on natural energy sources like for electricity there are solar panels installed there and whole building uses HVAC cooling system .
Talking about the interiors it is also an attractive point of this building .

β β β β β False promises, very poor & unresponsive customer service. Customer care, cares not & discourteous. Sold houses in NIBM road Eternity project without provisioning water supply, promised water supply by Dec 2017 but nowhere in sight in January 2020. Very immoral indeed. Are shamelessly unapologetic about their mistakes , insensitive & are good only till the time you book with them, just don't respond for months inspite of repeated reminders. Living on past glory. Expensive houses. Special regard for Defence Officers is just a hype & a honey trap. Defence officers please beware. There are false 5 star reviews by builder's employees to improve their star rating.

β β β β β Kindly do legal structural audit after handover to societies....some illegal construction and changes are there...They are not showing any kind of interest and actions illegal constructions .....These things can enhance your liability, reliability and trust

β β β β β Falls commitments were give by nyati sales team while seeling the flat in nyati Evra , they said the road infront of the society belongs to pm. And will be construed soon , but after the building and society was handed over , road was closed by the property owner of that land which later they said the road is private road and belongs to them .just to sell the falt in undri nyati *cheated* many falts owner request not to go with this brand , no proper road no proper quality of work FAKE builder
