Seniors from US forces meetings on Friday evenings even when immediate bosses in India have been told that Friday’s evenings staff will be left early to adhere and ensure work and family life balance ,no additional benefits like holiday packages for families who sacrifice their qaulity life ,no car pick and drop facilities to employees who work overtime and odd hours .After it’s the employees because of which the is moving it’s show and giving great perfomance , HR has no controlling power to ensure to give a team to leaders ,they expect the leaders to perform without team in the same country otherwise they are not selected for leadership programme .A few weeks of family emergency leave which anyone can go through ,makes the HR to lower the performance rating ,without even thinking how the employees have supported them in the companies tough times.HR does not ensure time relieving policy and nor does it give OT ,there is no respect by security to give reserved parking for seniors who are always supposed to meet urgent timelines of meeting parking takes a whole lot of time away of leaders.The company requires more strong HR heads and better performers to understand and take bold and independent decisions to give the best to their employees.After reaching at home by 12 in the night ,One employee had to make it up by 8 am in the morning with his own car for an urgent meet called by US ,due to sleepless night One could not drive well and met with an accident ,even after that the employee rushed for the meet ,but who takes responsibility of the loss and how can HR department allow such inhuman hours ,employee left at 8 am in the morning for office and reached home at 12 In night with medication going on ,the employees go with the pressure to office otherwise HR will lower their rating it’s more than 10 hours and is against HR laws ,and policy .HRD ministers have been informed about this .HR has to be efficient enough to control and give comfort to all levels ,give the team in India for India leaders,and give the team in other countries with team leaders in same place ,it’s impractical to expect leaders to give results with teams sitting remotely or with no teams at all .Any more inhuman expectations will not be tolerated .HR in India will need to perform their roles more vibrantly and independently ,pressuring to perform under Impractical circumstances is not allowed ,and threatening to perform under medical ground is an offence.Anymore threats to employees to leave and go instead of solving their problems humanly ,will be taken seriously.The expectations are being set unrealistically by HR and they speak whatever they want to retain their positions irrespective of seeing their own flaws
