And in no time responds to emergency calls / texts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cure and Care Vijayanagar Clinic is clean and the Nursing staff is good and Friendly. But the problem is with the front office lady. She is very casual about her job and little arrogant too. The Vaccination should start at 9.30 as per their timings, but the lady never starts at that time. I had been here twice in this week for Vaccination, both the times she was very very casual. Once she was blaming that the government website has a server issue and second time she was having her breakfast even after 9.30. i think, they should make sure that the Vaccination starts at the scheduled time, and switch on the tab and login to the government website before 9.30. Even in the attached photo you can see that there is no one in front office even after 9.30. Otherwise the clinic is excellent. Writing this review with an intention that the management takes note of it and improve its services.
