No proper response from any doctors and attenders, and I have shocked that the prescription charges and scanning reports that I have paid 60k just in 2 days. So, I request please don’t visit this hospital even if you’re in emergency !!
Try to prefer always ST martha’s Hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my mother - 55yrs. Who ever goes they name it covid & they make us belive the same. Getting right treatment and bed in that situation was very difficult, they take advantage of that. My mother walked in to the hospital for breathing difficulty. She was doing fine the night we went to hospital, Next day early morning they started with covid high steroid medication, immediately her oxygen and pulse gone abnormal. Then they told she need to shifted to ICU. She was in icu for a day, and her heartbeat stopped just 5 mins after I saw her and came out. ICU was like microwave, we can not stay for few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by the nurses at the old building of madhu hospital, my father was taken with oxygen level of 80 from home for additional support, he walked and got into the ambulance when he left home, we had to bring him back breathless in two hours. the way the nurses spoke in singular and treated he lost trust and his oxygen level went to 55, the hospital then asked us if we want to go to the new building or stay at old building, we did not wanted to keep our dad at the old building because of the way they gave the treatment in the casualty. we thought it was the same management and we will have better facility but the doctor refused to keep him at the icu, during this time my father went in to ventilator mode and we had to run around for hospitals with ventilator in the ambulance. the ambulance guy also was very harsh we lost our father.
Note to the hospital management - whatever may be the patients condition please train your nurses and doctors to handle them kindly with kind words and better hospitality the patient will definitely recover a bit and get confidence your doctors could have kept my dad for little while at the new building but she refused to keep him, until we find a hospital it would have saved his life for sure. no humanity found in any one at this hospital, this is my personal experience. Am not writing this because i lost my father. atleast others should not experience what we faced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself Anotony Alexander was admitted at Madhu Super Speciality hospital, Treatment was good and nursing staffs was very supportive. Receptionist was not supportive to co ordinate. Management Maqsood Khan resolved the issues and made smooth process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No qualified professional management is available ,proper care Lagging in the hospital documenting repeated service is laging.No proper pricing of the services, improper information on timings and timely care front office team are not humble and professional I will not recommend anyone to this worst hospital.
