★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Please do not visit here. Very Rude staff. The receptionist is paretic. They do NOT care about your health. They only care about taking money from you. They charge exorbitant rates which are unreasonable. In spite of that NO patient care. They just treat you very badly. Digital Payment is not accepted here. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 2 stars considering the doctor's experience and knowledge, otherwise, not even worth 0.5 stars ! The people over there are very arrogant including the doctor. The receptionist is even worse, he behaves like he owns both the doctors and the clinic (may be he does !) and probably he thinks he's doing some charity taking money from us and writing down our names.
The appointment system is a sham and is run like 1900s: you personally have to go there to take an appointment, which will be usually given for some other day. So, you have to go again for consultation and the worst part is on the day of appointment too, it's first come first serve basis (are these guys kidding ?) resulting in min 1 to 2 hrs waiting time. Consultation fees is too high at Rs 600 and you need to pay at the time of booking appointment itself, irrespective of whether you show up or not. No bills are given ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 12:30 and was late because I had to attend my university classes, the receptionist couldn't care less when I arrived at 12:45. Felt like I was talking to my 2nd grade teacher who wouldn't allow me in class when I was trying to explain the situation. And the receptionists also acted like PT teachers who own the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude receptionist. Dont go here. They treat you very badly. There is no empathy for patients. They make you wait for hours and there is no way of going back as they take your money the moment you enter. You need to pay and then talk. Poor staff. Poor behavior. Poor quality. In summary, hopeless experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have any urgency or any sudden increase of skin issue, wouldn't recommend. I consulted. And after the first consultation, immediately the medicine made it twice as worse or more, spreading everywhere. Upon calling and consulting for an immediate follow up, twice he refused to see personally and emphasized to continue the course of medicine. We had to take a second opinion and get her off the the course as it was increasing and getting wors day by day. Mr. Nagbhushan may be good and skillful, but prescribing medicine for the first time patient and not willing to see again despite urgency is not very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. The receptionist is pathetic and needs to be removed. He is one crazy person who acts like he is the health minister of India. They charge extra money on top of their extremely high fees if you are using digital payment. Please do NOT visit here. There are far better clinics which give you better patient care. The appointment system is not good. The medicine is very expensive and is only available at his own pharmacy. Consultation charges are through the roof. The only good thing is that the doctor is experienced.
