★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we booked care diagnostics home collection for some taste. We got an amazing service. Shivan Chinnamadhu came for sample collection. He is very polite in nature and very good in his job. I don't even feel when he push the injection and collect the blood sample. Thank you Sir for this. Thank you care diagnostics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gives apointment and makes you wait 1- 2 hours ( They gave an appointment for 11:15am after discussing on phone a day before. We contacted Care diagnostics, checked the appointment before starting and they didn't update time change or delay and once we reached they made us wait 90 minutes. . No respect to patients(55+ yrs old) time and care on working days.) No covid guidelines followed especially when lots of pregnant ladies come for scans .No Social distancing maintained, No temperature check , everyone sits close to each other. Worst management I have seen in Bangalore . They asked me to remove the review when everything I wrote was the truth. While this review made them do our scan,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the diagnostic centers I have visited. I visited this place for CT scan which is a recent service they have started. The technician is very patient and he explained everything with much clarity and will really help us remain calm during the entire process. Every Staff here is really patient and caring. Really good service and would recommend this place. The prices are also competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is very excellent place to do full body check up. U will get reports to ur email with few hours. it will be update whenever the test results are available. The staffs are very polite, and helps you to take the tests in the order. Also they tell the honest waiting time, so u Don't need to worry. Since it is popular,better to go on weekdays to save time. doctor consultant is very good. Doctor was available on that time. very smooth experience

For a diagnostic centre, the first and foremost important part is their reception (front desk) and Care diagnostics fails miserably here. Most of the times, front desk are very rude or impatient to answer our queries.
They are the only NABL accredited diagnostic centre in this area, and I depend on them so have to adjust.
Pros:
Hygenic
Blood extraction is smooth- experienced phlebotomists
NABL Accredition
Clean bathrooms
Cons:
Poor customer service
No queue management
Expensive
No adequate parking space
No adequate sitting area inside the premises
At times, blood extraction takes time due to unavailability of staff
Early morning staff are not competent enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't give negative stars since Google does not gives the option. I went for RTPCR yesterday and saw the arrangement. Nobody was maintaining social distancing, people were not wearing mask and nobody was there to guide the patient. All the patient were standing close to each other while waiting for their turn. The pathetic part is the doctor were giving same pen and board to the patient to write their details. Very poor service. Even if someone is not having covid they will definitely get it after visiting this place.
