This is the best and excellent hospital regarding the pregnancy and emergency admission.
During the time of emergency the staff and DR kumari mounika yadav reacted immediately to the patient situation and their way of admitting the patient without any delay is remarkable.
After admission also nursing staff, house keeping, facility is really extraordinary. I never feel it as hospital atmosphere.
Nursing staff the way of treating the patient and caring is un remarkable.hygenic condition is really outstanding with all covid protocols.
Doctors intraction with patient is really awesome.contineous monitoring of the patient condition way of keeping confident level high by explaining condition.
Regarding the billing also really they feel it is their problem and supported me with good amount of discount and supported me in my budget.
Overall it the best hospital I never seen I'm my experience.suggesting all to prefer the cloud nine on priority for pregnancy purpose.

During the stay the Ip team helped us for smooth admission, insurance coverage and discharge. The service they are providing just wow.. it’s touched our hearts and would suggest everyone to visit there and get the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by Cloud nine. It was the first time we visited and wife was admitted for a day care procedure.
We consulted Dr. Lavanya and we had a great experience. She is really good. She explains everything very clearly and suggests what's best for you.
The billing team is super fast. Cashless facility is not available but they have another process through which we need to only pay the non approved amount. They were really helpful.
And the security team and the house keeping team is equally good and helpful..
Yes, i felt the Cost is little higher side but then you also get good service and such good experience.
It was an amazing experience over all.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Lavanya to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife delivered our first baby here in Cloudnine Electronic City on 01-Dec-2021. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Doctors are top notch and very experienced. I can say this with full confidence as I was there in the labor room and saw how the doctors were handling things! Special thanks to Dr. Julie Thomas who pushed for normal delivery.
Now consulting pediatrician Dr. Spoorti Kapate, who is very patient and answers all the queries diligently.
Room was very spacious with proper facilities.
The nursing staff was really amazinggg. Special thanks to lactation specialist Lalitha and nurse Shilpa.
Actually, naming one or two nurses won't be fair as every nurse was very helpful. Even at midnight they were very patient and attending to all our needs!
Even the billing staff, housekeeping staff, canteen staff, everyone were very nice. No complaints in any of those areas.
Valet parking is available. But during peak traffic hours it becomes little tricky at the entrance.
Overall, a delightful experience at Cloudnine and I felt the service was worth every rupee spent here. Very happy with the overall management! ?

Nurses are very hardworking , well behaved and perform good care for patients. Management and Billing people are very helpful and well behaved. Canteen service for patients are very timely and very good maintains hygiene. Housekeeping people are very hardworking and dedicated also maintain proper hygiene for hospital environment. Overall we are very satisfied with the service. Thank You Cloudnine.

Ms. Pushpalatha has explained clearly about package for delivery.
Ms. Spoorthy and team who helped us a lot for applying insurance for reimbursement.
We got admitted a night prior to procedure.
Nursing staff (Yashoda and team) are very polite and good care takers who helped us from start to end of our hospital journey.
Ms. Banita doley and team who maintained house keeping activities very neat and tidy.
Mr. Beeresh who takes care of canteen was always cooperative with us for any kind of food orders.
The security guards though they are very strict in there work they are very helpful in managing visitors and car parking.
Overall our baby delivery was went well like a picnic journey… we are so thankful to cloudnine hospital team??
