★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me and my wife was hospitalized for covid treatment on same day and discharge of both is same day. but one policy holder get claim 95% and 2nd policy holder debt by 56 % no any valid reason and chi customer care not repling. very bad experience in my life.

Pls do not take policy from this agency. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 2 health policy for atleast 4 years now. This was the first time I had to visit the model Colony office to renew policy. Online renewal was not possible this time, as there were some changes that required to be made. To begin with there is limited small parking for only 2 wheelers. Cars need to be parked on roadside (as per P1/P2 rule). One has to take stairs and climb 2 levels to reach office which is seriously difficult and painful for customers especially with old age and/or knee problems. There is no lift access. Once you enter the office you will find many people to talk with, friendly but technically unaware of the solution to problem. All the people are dependent on operations manager Mr.Manish Yadav (who does not answer on phone to anybody is the feedback I received here). Everybody has to wait till he arrives in office and are dependent on him for resolution. That's the system here. Unfortunately in Religare here, so called managers either don't know the systems in details or want to hide /not divulge details to customers (Due to broker and stuff). I felt like being their customer, I was in better position explaining them terms such as inter-portability, deletion of intermediary, etc. After spending an hour of the day, I had to convince some manager (fyi all are managers and above here) and ask him to reply me later my queries and issues and I had to return back home empty handed. Additionally my experience with call centre is equally bad. The call centre people can't even understand proper English, Hindi and local language. If you mail to customer service also there is no guarantee they will close the issue or call back. One has to follow up with them too. I hope the quality dept has a huge task here else they are gonna lose customers as overall experience is bad. Still they are not worse, because I have seen worse at many other workplaces in same industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place on their official 'working' day but I was welcomed with a closed door. Later I came to know from their other office that it was closed for some inevitable reason. But least they could do is to paste a note on their door stating, 'For XX reason the office is closed today and for urgent work, you can visit other branches' along with the 'working' contact numbers of those respective branches.
As my work was urgent I tried calling the number on their site but I could only reach Vimannagar branch number and then had to again travel to Vimannagar from here to get my work done.
A simple note could have saved my almost half an hours unnecessary work.
