★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on this people. No commitment toward customer. There is lack of transparency. They also does not posses sufficient knowledge about product they are selling to answer the customer query and satisfy him. Secondly they only target customer care once customer purchased the policy after period of 15 days lapsed they behave like they have done somen kind of kindness on us. I recommend do not purchase any policy from this office. They are just spoling the name of ICICI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Their is no parking facility, because of that I need to park my vehicle at far distance.
2. That’s why I reach their office at 3.02 PM. But they don’t let me in stating reason that we provide tokens till 3 PM and you are 2 min late.
3. They provide policy online but if you want to cancel the policy you need to visit the branch physically. What the heck is this. Really painful.
4. Just think twice how smooth experience your dependent’s will face with all this hindrance when you are not their to claim your policy.
