★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father has done the operation before 6 month so that time they ask to company for Cashless service but they has rejected then they has applied for reimbursement after operation but that also has been rejected after 5 months even we taken daily follow up with there customer care .I am verry disappointed with Manipal Cigna health Insurance policy will not suggest to anymore for this

TPA, Hospital, Insurance company do not talk to each other and patient has to followup with each.
The define terms and even if we are within eligibility, just delay process so end of the day patient pays from pocket and forget cashless.
PATHETIC....
DO NOT BUY Their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. Last week I request claim the insurance for father's treatment which is within the criteria of policy terms. Manipalcigna simply rejected my claim without giving proper reasons. I tried to conect with customer service contact but they were not able to answer my query and just know about the status of the claim which I already aware. Then I escalated to leave 1 and level to but they even don't responded.
Purchasing insurance from manipal cigna is just waste of money. No use of policy at the time of emergency.
I made mistake... But want to suggest everyone please don't take any policy from manipalcigna.
